Erin M. Searcy
Erin Searcy is a Florida native originally from Melbourne, Florida. In 2004, she graduated from the University of Florida, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Finance. In 2008, Erin graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in the top 20% of her class.
Erin is currently admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Erin founded Erin Searcy Law in 2017 with a vision to develop a small niche practice with a particular focus on estate and incapacity planning, probate, and guardianship. Erin’s legal experience also includes civil litigation and title insurance claims. Prior to establishing the firm, Erin represented individuals and entities involved in personal injury, construction defect, and property damage litigation. In addition, Erin handled owner’s and lender’s title insurance claims for a Fortune 500 title insurance company.
Erin and her husband have two children. In her free time, Erin enjoys playing tennis, running, and spending time with family and friends.
